Let's find out if the Champagnes will be dry, crisp, creamy, delicate, elegant, fruity, display minerality, be full or medium bodied ,have differing degrees of autolysis and enjoy the food pairings.
The Champagnes which we will be tasting:
Delamotte Brut Champagne, Taitinger Rosé Champagne, Nicolas Feuillatte Blanc de Blanc Champagne, Louis Roederer Vintage Champagne, Belle Epoque Magnum
You will taste five champagnes and five culinary bites.
